Beth started their career at Kajima International Inc. in various roles, including managerial positions where they oversaw financial and administrative tasks for architectural and engineering projects. Beth then moved on to Kajima Group Companies as a Software Applications Manager, overseeing the development and support of core business systems. After that, they worked at Tek Systems as an IT Project Manager, specializing in Cerner go-live conversion planning and support. Currently, they serve as the Director of Application Support at HCR Home Care, where they manage the application support team.
