Dean Delbaugh

Dean Delbaugh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and quality control management. Currently serving as the Production Value Stream Manager at L2 Aviation since August 2024, Dean previously held the position of Quality Control Operations Manager at Phillips Connect, where rigorous quality control procedures were established. Dean's expertise in electronics manufacturing was showcased during tenures at Phillips Connect and TOCA Football, focusing on operations in both China and the United States, as well as developing quality assurance programs. Dean's foundation in manufacturing began at Spireon, Inc., where operational oversight and process enhancement were pivotal. Education includes ongoing studies at Lean Partners and a degree in Project Management II from Brandman University.
