Bob Levine

Managing Partner at L2 Capital

Bob Levine founded L2 Capital in 2011 to invest his personal capital in private transactions. At L2 Capital, he utilizes the knowledge gained following decades of experience negotiating, structuring and executing merger and acquisition transactions as well as monitoring and building lower middle market companies.

In 1995 Bob co-founded Milestone Partners and helped build it into a successful buyout firm with over $350 million under management. Prior to Milestone, Bob spent a decade executing dozens of middle market merger and acquisition transactions primarily for niche manufacturing and distribution companies, first for Lehman Brothers and subsequently niche market investment banks. He previously practiced business law in Denver, Colorado.

Bob currently serves on the Boards of Directors of all L2 and one Milestone portfolio companies. He holds a BA degree from Northwestern University, a JD degree from George Washington University, and an MBA degree with Distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. He is married with two children.
