Christina Holland is currently the Chief Product Officer at Interior Define. With her 20 years experience within the retail industry, she has a track record for product innovation, strong business results and building teams. She started her merchandising career in apparel at Gap, Nike, and Disney and then transitioned to home furnishings in 2010 when she joined RH and was responsible for developing the new product direction for all the textile categories, in particular leading RH’s Rug expansion strategy, during RH’s brand transformation and was a part of the leadership team to take the brand public. Prior to joining Interior Define, she was leading all merchandising for Serena and Lily and was responsible for significantly growing the furniture, rug and accessory categories. She has a long history of innovating specifically around customization. She introduced Nike ID for apparel, led the customization model at RH with The Shade Store partnership of custom window coverings,and has established Interior Define as a destination for approachable, customizable furniture. In 2020, She was named one of House Beautiful’s Visionaries.
