Sydney Lynch has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Studio Assistant at Diana Gurerro-Macia until June 2014. In June 2014, Lynch worked as a Wardrobe Intern at Opera Australia for three months. From October 2014 to April 2017, Lynch held the position of Product Support Specialist at L2 Interactive. Lynch then became a Client Success Manager at the same company from March 2017, and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience since July 2021.
From 2011 to 2014, Sydney Lynch attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fiber and Material Studies.
