Janis Block

Janis Block is a graduate engineer with a focus on software technology and extensive experience in IT strategy consulting. They began their career at Capgemini, where they held various roles including Lead Consultant and Engagement Manager, overseeing major projects and teams. Janis later served as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in IT transformations and large implementation programs across Europe and Asia. Since 2024, Janis has been the Managing Director and Head of Consulting at L21s, where they implement strategic IT consulting with a strong focus on delivery and technology.
