Manager, Customer Success at L2L

David Pugh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. David is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at L2L since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Young Living Essential Oils from November 2017 to January 2023, where they held the positions of Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. At Young Living Essential Oils, they led the implementation of smart factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives and achieved significant cost savings through engineering and automation projects.

Before joining Young Living Essential Oils, David worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at ICU Medical from April 2015 to November 2017 and at KaVo Kerr from July 2012 to February 2015. David also gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Vukii Wireless Watersports from April 2010 to October 2012. Additionally, they served as a Manufacturing Engineer and BYU Capstone Team Member at L-3 Communications / BYU Capstone Sponsor from August 2011 to April 2012.

Prior to their career in manufacturing engineering, David worked as a Dental Lab Technician at Summit Dental Lab from March 2007 to January 2012 and as an Orthodontic Lab Technician at OrthoSelect in 2011.

David Pugh's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, obtained from Brigham Young University between the years 2007 and 2012. David pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2020 to 2022, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering.

In addition to their academic degrees, David Pugh has obtained several professional certifications. David achieved a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in May 2022. Their other certifications include Hazardous Waste Management RCRA from INTERMOUNTAIN TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. in August 2021, Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from MoreSteam in May 2017, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Lean Six Sigma Toolbox in October 2014, Institutional/Signatory Official: Human Subject Research from the CITI Program in November 2022, and Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response from INTERMOUNTAIN TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS, INC. in August 2021.
