Debra McElroy

Debra McElroy, MPH, RN, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. As Principal and Founder of L3 Advisors Group, LLC, since January 2022, Debra focuses on individual coaching and organizational success, emphasizing the motto "Leaders Leaving Legacies." Concurrently, Debra serves as Principal of Debra McElroy LLC and as a member of the Board of Advisors for Nuvio, which aims to enhance patient mobility and rehabilitation. Previous experience includes senior leadership positions at the American Case Management Association and Vizient, where Debra led initiatives to improve clinical education and patient care quality. Debra holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marycrest College.
