Jerry Crossfield has a diverse work experience, primarily in the technology and services industry. Jerry started their career at IBM Global Services in 2003, where they served as the European Infrastructure Managed Services Offering Executive. In this role, they oversaw the development, pricing, and launch of new infrastructure managed services in Europe, with a focus on desktop services for small and medium enterprises.

Crossfield continued to advance in IBM, taking on the position of Sales Executive for Infrastructure Technology Services in 2006. In 2011, Crossfield transitioned to a new role as the Cloud & Offering Development Leader at IBM, where they played a key role in designing and implementing the company's Managed Service Provider program. Jerry also worked with the IBM Managed Service Provider and Cloud Service Provider community to enhance their cloud delivery models and drive business growth through targeted business development activities.

Crossfield joined L3C Limited in 2014 as the VP of Business Development, focusing on driving business growth and development strategies. In November 2021, they were promoted to the position of COO. Currently, Crossfield serves as the Chief Executive Officer of L3C LTD, a role they assumed in November 2021.
