Andy Shaw is currently the Head of Programme and Risk Process Management for Intelligence and Cyber International at L3Harris Technologies. With a robust engineering background, they have demonstrated strong project management skills across various sectors, including defence and commercial industries. Andy's experience includes significant roles at BAE Systems and L3 ASA Ltd, where they successfully managed high-budget projects and led initiatives for continuous improvement. They began their career as a Research Technician at Royal Holloway, University of London, and have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
