Aneesh Balla

Aneesh Balla has extensive experience in aerospace engineering, having worked on various projects and roles related to thermal management and systems engineering. At the University of Colorado Boulder, Aneesh served as a Thermal Engineer for a collaboration with Blue Origin, focusing on designing a prototype camera module for use during microgravity. Aneesh also facilitated undergraduate and graduate courses in Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Graduate Projects, providing support and guidance to students. As a Systems Engineering Intern at L3Harris Technologies, Aneesh contributed to on-orbit testing for an infrared sounder and gained insights into Model-Based Systems Engineering. Previously, as a Senior Associate Systems Engineer at CU Sounding Rocket Laboratory, Aneesh was involved in designing and integrating components for a two-stage rocket project. Aneesh holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering with a focus in Bioastronautics and a certificate in Satellite System Design, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with minors in Applied Mathematics and Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
