Anthony Carmeli

Anthony Carmeli is the Director of Environmental Remediation at L3Harris Technologies, where they oversee environmental compliance programs across various industries in the United States. With a strong background in hydrogeology and environmental science, Anthony has previously held roles as a Senior Compliance Manager and Senior Hydrogeologist at Cameron-Cole, LLC, and has extensive experience conducting over 200 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Anthony earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Hydrogeology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry and a Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources from SUNY Oneonta. Their expertise includes developing monitoring networks, compliance audits, and risk evaluations at regulated facilities.
