Carrie Smith

Carrie Smith is currently the Principal Human Resources Business Partner at L3Harris Technologies. With a strong background in human resources, they have held significant roles at Kaman Aerospace Corporation and Baker Hughes, where they served as Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager. Carrie began their career as a New Student Orientation Leader at West Virginia University, later gaining experience as an Employee Human Resources Leader at GE Oil & Gas. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Industrial Relations, both from West Virginia University.
