Christina Sharp

Christina Sharp is currently the Lead HR Business Partner at L3Harris Technologies, where they bring extensive experience in program development, customer service, recruiting, and public presentations. Previously, they served as the Coordinator of Financial Literacy Programs at the University of Texas at Tyler and as an Associate Academic Advisor/Outreach Coordinator for the College of Health Sciences at Sam Houston State University. Christina holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development, both from the University of Texas at Tyler. Their focus remains on leveraging outstanding communication skills and a strong work ethic in the field of Human Resources.
