David Chambers

David Chambers is a seasoned legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with extensive experience in both private practice and corporate environments. Currently serving as Senior Principal, M&A Counsel at L3Harris Technologies since September 2025, David has previously held significant roles at Freshfields, Winston & Strawn LLP, and Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, where responsibilities included M&A, venture capital, and private equity. David's education includes an LLM in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law, a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, a B.A. from the University of South Carolina, as well as foundational education from Massanutten Military Academy and St. David’s School.
