Eric Coleman

Eric Coleman serves as the Senior Director of Software and Image Science at L3Harris Technologies, overseeing a team of over 1,800 engineers within the Space and Airborne Systems Segment. With a career at L3Harris beginning in May 2002, Eric has held various leadership roles including Director of Systems and Software Engineering, Director of Systems Engineering for significant business areas, and Director of Software and Networking, managing teams focused on a wide range of technologies including ISR, Tactical Communications, and Cyber Security. Prior to joining L3Harris, Eric gained experience as a Software Developer Intern at both Enrich and ANSYS, Inc. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Change from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ohio Northern University.
