Eric Young

Eric Young is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in audit and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Finance at L3Harris Technologies since July 2019, Eric leads audit discussions and has developed a Customer Payment Profile theory that enhances payment reporting. Previous roles include Finance Assistant at Omni Financial, where accurate processing of financial transactions was key, and Title Insurance and Curative Manager at American Title, Inc., where leadership efforts resulted in a notable revenue increase. Eric also held significant compliance positions at ISGN, focusing on P&L management and audit coordination, and served as an Auditor at Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, where an innovative Excel audit program was created. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Florida Atlantic University and has furthered professional skills through the Institute of Internal Auditors.
