Frederick Cross, MBA, is a seasoned strategy, operations, and growth executive currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at L3Harris. With over three decades of experience, Frederick has a proven track record in driving growth and execution across global markets, including substantial service in the U.S. Department of Defense. Previous roles include leadership positions in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army, as well as serving as President of CLC Limited and a Strategy Executive at Intecon. An alumnus of Indiana Wesleyan University with an MBA, Frederick has also completed an Executive Development Program at Northwestern University.
