Frederick "Andy" Goff is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Scientist and Project Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since June 2020, Goff leads Integrated Project Teams focusing on Airworthiness and Certification Projects, ensuring customer and contractual requirements are met for aircraft modifications. Prior roles include Mechanical Engineering Group Head II at Gulfstream Aerospace, responsible for managing engineering teams and liaising on aircraft product development, and Senior Project Engineer at Bombardier, where Goff oversaw mechanical and electrical modifications for various aircraft. Additional experience at Raytheon Systems Company and McDonnell Douglas/The Boeing Company involved supporting design and production efforts for military and commercial aircraft. Goff holds a B.S. in Aircraft Engineering Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and served five years of active duty in the U.S. military.
