Joseph Bainer

Joseph Bainer, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Project Lead for Wargaming and CONOPS at Commander, Submarine Forces Atlantic, where they managed multiple major projects and collaborated with numerous organizations. Joseph's military experience includes serving as Navigator on the USS Greeneville and as Submarine Planner for the UK Maritime Forces, where they oversaw operational planning and training for multinational exercises. They earned a Master's in Business Administration from William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
