Mark Schwalm

Mark Schwalm is the Director and site lead for L3Harris’s space optical payload business unit in Massachusetts, overseeing over 300 staff and more than 20 space flight programs. They have extensive experience in strategic business leadership, having previously served as the Director of Advanced Programs at L3 Technologies and held various roles at Space Systems Group, including Director of Civil Space. Schwalm currently leads a team focused on imaging payload architectures and business development at L3Harris Technologies. They are pursuing an Executive Leadership Program at Wharton Executive Education and hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan.
