Mark Stover

Mark Stover is a globally experienced continuous improvement professional currently serving as the Lead of Continuous Improvement at L3Harris Technologies. They have previously held various roles in quality and manufacturing, including positions at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, GE Aviation, and General Motors, where they achieved significant reductions in defects, lead times, and inventory costs. Stover's expertise in lean methodologies and quality management earned them notable accolades, including transforming Electrolux’s manufacturing plants and developing a quality management system that launched the first full plant certification in North America. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at Purdue University.
