Michael Baron

Michael Baron, P.E., MS, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Steiner eOptics, a position held since 2022. Previously, Michael held roles including Lead Design Engineer at Curtiss-Wright from 2010 to 2015, Mechanical Engineer Manager at L3Harris Technologies from 2018 to the present, Senior Mechanical Engineer at Joyce/Dayton Corp. from 2015 to 2017, and Mechanical Engineer at Westmoreland Mechanical Testing & Research Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Michael's academic background includes a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering with a focus on Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel, achieved in 2022.
