Michael Gilroy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and program management within the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of International Business Development and Director of Business Excellence at L3Harris Technologies since November 2019, Michael previously held various leadership roles at L3 Technologies from January 2010 to November 2019, including Vice President of Programs and Vice President of International Programs. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Insight Technology as a Business Area Manager and Operations Program Manager from January 1999 to January 2010. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, complemented by participation in the Senior Leadership Development Program at The Wharton School in 2018.
