Paul Berner

Paul Berner is a General Manager at L3Harris Technologies with 30 years of experience across various technical fields, including aerospace and power electronics. They have held key positions such as Program Manager for the Electro-Magnetic Aircraft Launch System and Director of Operations at multiple companies. Paul co-founded an aeromedical business and achieved EURAMI certification, while also owning an air charter business. In addition to their engineering and management expertise, they played professional football for the San Diego Chargers and Montreal in the 1980s. Paul earned a BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University.
