Paul Sutter

Paul Sutter, CSP, is the Director of Environmental, Health and Safety for Space and Airborne Systems at L3Harris Technologies. Sutter previously served as a Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at SpaceX, where they managed EHS for multiple facilities and contributed to significant reductions in recordable injuries. Prior to that, they held a Director role at Phillips 66, overseeing safety for over 2,000 employees and ensuring compliance with numerous regulatory standards. Sutter's career began as a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter test pilot in the U.S. Army, with subsequent experience as a contractor for the U.S. Air Force. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Aeronautics and Safety at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
