Phil Cutforth is an experienced architect and project manager with a strong background in defense and government sectors. Cutforth held significant positions within the UK Ministry of Defence, British Army, New Zealand Defence Force, and various organizations such as Systematic and L3Harris Technologies. Key roles include Applications Architect at the UK Ministry of Defence, Senior Architect at Systematic, and Chief Systems Engineer for the Network Enabled Army Programme at the New Zealand Defence Force. Cutforth also served as the All-of-Government Enterprise & Security Architect for the New Zealand Department of Internal Affairs and contributed to various military and technical initiatives throughout a diverse career spanning over four decades.
