Robert Burch is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and skilled process engineer, currently serving as the Lead Manufacturing Engineer at L3Harris Technologies. They have a rich background in welding and fabrication, having previously worked as a welder/fabricator at Utility Supply and Construction Company and as a welder at Integrity Trailer. Robert's military experience includes roles as a team leader, where they trained and managed Marines, and they hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Welding Engineering Technology from Ferris State University. Having developed expertise in various manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies, they are committed to safety-driven and efficient production practices.
