Robert Willway is an experienced systems engineering professional with a background in leading and developing engineering teams. Currently serving as the Systems Engineering Manager at L3Harris Technologies since January 2024, Robert previously held the position of Engineering Development Team Lead and Senior System Engineer at BAE Systems from November 2022 to January 2024. Robert began the career as a Graduate Systems Engineer at QinetiQ, contributing to the Combat Air Typhoon Team, and subsequently advanced to an Associate Project Engineer role. Early experience also includes a position as an Activity Instructor at PGL. Robert holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southampton, awarded in 2016.
