Rusty DeRoo has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, with a career spanning over 17 years. At BAE Systems from December 2006 to July 2021, Rusty held the position of Lead Operator. Following this, Rusty served as Quality Manager at Trusted from December 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included the implementation of a quality control alert system and a scrap rework reporting and tracking system across four production facilities. Currently, Rusty is employed as a Test Engineering Technician at L3Harris Technologies, having transitioned to this role in February 2024.
