Shari Mann has extensive experience in engineering, primarily in the semiconductor and communications sectors. Beginning a career at AMD as a Product Engineering Co-op, Shari transitioned to various design engineering roles at companies including National Semiconductor, Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector, and Lattice Semiconductor from 1995 to 2005. Subsequently, Shari served as a Design Engineer at L-3 Communications until 2015 and then moved on to L3 Technologies as a Project Engineer and Principal Investigator until 2021. Currently, Shari holds the position of Technical Fellow and Program Chief Engineer at L3Harris Technologies, specializing in military broadband communication systems and serving as a systems engineer in the Broadband Communications segment. Shari earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
