Tom McDaniel possesses extensive experience in ethics and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) since January 2024, McDaniel also contributes as a Working Group member for the Defense Industry Initiative on Business Ethics and Conduct since June 2015, providing leadership for the ethics programs of nearly 80 defense companies. Previous roles include key positions at Cooper Industries, ITT Corporation, Exelis, Harris Corporation, and L3Harris Technologies, where McDaniel advanced through various leadership roles in ethics, compliance, and information technology. McDaniel holds a BA in Business from Eastern New Mexico University and an MBA from Indiana University Fort Wayne.
