Tom Willhoff

Tom Willhoff has extensive experience in production supervision and operations management, having held key roles at several organizations. Tom served as Production Supervisor at Sara Lee Foods and Perfetti Van Melle, and from 1995 to 2004, Tom was a Production Supervisor at 3M Precision Optics. Tom transitioned to L-3 Fuzing & Ordnance Systems, where Tom initially worked as a Production Supervisor before advancing to the position of Assistant Program Manager. In a continued role at L3Harris Technologies since June 2006, Tom has served as Operations Manager. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both obtained from Thomas More College.
