Clay Smith

Clay Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and technology across various industries. Currently serving as Advisor to the Board and Commercial Lead at L4S Corp. since September 2023, Smith focuses on enhancing blockchain technology for business applications. Previously, as CEO of eVolve MEP from July 2018 to September 2024, Smith led a growing construction technology start-up and managed a diverse team. Smith's prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Applied Software, where operational culture transformation occurred, and Vice President of BEM Software Solutions at Southwire Company, overseeing a startup focused on technology solutions. Additional significant positions include Senior Director of Tray Cable Product Management and founding President of a small business in construction products and manufacturing. Smith's career began as an Officer in the U.S. Army, where leadership and aviation skills were honed. Smith holds a degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
