L7 Construction, Inc. was formed by Brett Lefever in Longwood, Florida in 2007, and specializes in the water and wastewater industry. Most of our projects are with cities and municipalities in the Central Florida area. We are committed to delivering a superior project every time, from improving existing water systems to building new complete water/wastewater treatment plants. L7 Construction has the expertise to support our customers by providing general contracting, pre-construction, design-build, and construction management services.
