Claire Flin

Claire Flin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable du pole Recrutement and Responsable ressources humaines at La Banque Postale since September 2009. Responsibilities include managing personnel across various departments, providing managerial advice on recruitment and career development, and participating in key HR initiatives such as evaluations and training plans. Claire also has experience as Chef de projet formation, where project management and training module design were key focus areas. Prior to this role, Claire completed a project management internship at HSBC in 2009, contributing to HR projects and maintaining intranet content. Claire holds a Master 2 in Ressources Humaines from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a Licence de Psychologie from Université de Tours.
