Joaquim Goncalves is an experienced professional in the banking sector, currently serving as the Responsable Affaires Spéciales PME/PRO for the western region at La Banque Postale since September 2015. Previously, Joaquim held the position of directeur de centre d'affaires for the Entreprises et Economie Sociale in the Pays de la Loire region and launched the Banque Palatine brand in Brittany from 2005 to 2015. Joaquim’s banking career began at BNP Paribas, followed by roles at Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where expertise in client relations, commercial development, and financial services for SMEs was cultivated. Joaquim holds an MBA from the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Master in International Commerce from Aix-Marseille University.
