Emma Healy

Emma Healy has extensive experience in technical production, currently working as a Casual Lighting Technician at Queensland Performing Arts Centre since 2017 and as a Casual Stage Manager and Technician at Queensland Theatre since 2018. Emma has served as Stage Manager for the Queensland Theatre Youth Ensemble's production of "The Secret Garden," directed by Helen Stephens. Additional roles include Casual Technician positions at QUT, La Boite Theatre Company, Brisbane Powerhouse, and BCL Production Services. Highlights of Emma's career include serving as Deputy Head of Lighting for Opera Queensland's "Tosca" and as Stage Manager for "Overture to Peace," directed by John Foreman OAM. Emma also worked as a Floor Electrician for The Australian Ballet's "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland." Emma holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Production and a Dual Degree in Drama and Business from Queensland University of Technology, alongside a foundational education at Redeemer Lutheran College.
