Ramon Soriano has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Ramon started off as the Director of Operations at El Gallo Giro, where they managed and operated high-volume restaurants and developed a new management system for the company. Ramon then moved on to Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, where they served as the Director of Operations and achieved low violation rates in the NE Division. After that, they joined Ignite Restaurant Group as the Director of Operations and was a member of the President's Council. Ramon successfully turned around troubled markets and won multiple sales contests. Following this, they worked as the Director of Operations at Ojos Locos Sports Cantina / Front Burner Restaurants. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of La Calle Tacos & Cantina, where they are responsible for concept design, branding, and operations.

Ramon Soriano's education history includes an associate's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Business from Centro de Estudios Superiores de San Ángel from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a field of study in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same institution. In terms of certifications, Ramon obtained the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education certification from Stanford GSB Executive Education in July 2021.
