Colleen Cline Barnes

Colleen Cline Barnes has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with extensive experience in sales and management roles. Colleen currently holds the position of Director of Sales & Marketing at La Cantera Resort & Spa since March 2023. Prior to this, Colleen served as the Director of Group Sales at the same resort from February 2020 to March 2023 and as the National Sales Manager from August 2017 to February 2020.

Before joining La Cantera Resort & Spa, Colleen worked as the National Sales Manager at Hotel Emma from August 2015 to August 2017. Hotel Emma is a boutique hotel located within the iconic Pearl Brewery campus in San Antonio.

Colleen's previous experience includes working as a Sales Manager at La Cantera Hill Country Resort under Destination Hotels from December 2013 to August 2015 and as a Sales Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from April 2012 to December 2013.

Colleen began their career at The Westin La Cantera Hill Country Resort, where they held the roles of Front Office Manager from January 2011 to April 2012 and Front Office Supervisor from January 2009 to January 2011.

Throughout their career, Colleen has demonstrated their expertise in sales management, marketing, and customer service within the hospitality industry.

Colleen Cline Barnes attended The University of Texas at San Antonio. Colleen pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Tourism.
