Prior roles include HR Specialist at Motorola Solutions and HR Generalist at PepsiCo, along with an internship focused on Compensation & Benefits at Pepsi Beverages Company. Monica holds a Master's degree in HR Management from EUDE Business School, a Certificate in International Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
