Rafael Romero Plaza has a extensive work experience in the marketing and sales industry. RAFAEL is currently the VP of Marketing and Sales at V&E Restaurant Group, responsible for managing 11 restaurant brands in Florida and Las Vegas. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at KFC and The Wendy's Company. RAFAEL also held the position of Chief Development Officer at IMC International Meal Company. Additionally, Rafael has experience as the Senior Marketing Manager for Burger King in Brazil and as the Marketing Director at Alsea. RAFAEL started their career in marketing at Unilever, where they held various roles, including Channel Director for Latin America. Overall, Rafael has a strong background in developing brand strategies, driving innovation, and managing the P&L of the businesses they have been involved with.
Rafael Romero Plaza attended Massey Vanier Highschool from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Highschool Diploma. From 1990 to 1994, they pursued higher education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, earning a degree in LAE (Licenciado en Administración de Empresas) with a specialization in Mercadotecnia (Marketing).
