Shaila Baltrons is a skilled finance and operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Cost Control Specialist at V&E Restaurant Group since April 2021, Shaila previously held roles in accounts payable and accounts receivable at Mondrian South Beach Hotel from February 2020 to April 2021. Shaila's career includes significant positions at Menin Hospitality, where responsibilities included Corporate Reservations Manager and Executive Assistant to the General Manager from February 2017 to January 2020, and at Sagamore Hotel as Reservations Supervisor and Reservations Specialist from January 2010 to January 2017. Shaila earned an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Ciudad Universitaria José Antonio Echevarría between 1997 and 2002.
