Yesenia Rodriguez

Yesenia Rodriguez, PHR has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Yesenia currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at V&E Restaurant Group since May 2023. Previously, they worked at Hemmersbach from March 2016 to May 2023, where they held various roles including Manager HR People Operations-Americas and Payroll and Benefits Manager. At Hemmersbach, they managed a wide range of HR functions such as payroll administration, benefits administration, HR policy development, employee screening, and employee development programs. Prior to that, Yesenia worked at Fine Art Lamps from 2011 to 2014, where they were responsible for onboarding, I-9 administration, safety, benefits, policy & procedure, and maintaining safety and regulatory documentation.

Yesenia Rodriguez, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Miami Dade College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In November 2020, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
