Gregory Baldwin began their career as a Pediatrician at Gregory W Baldwin, Inc in 1971. In 1993, they became the President and CEO of Jambo Enterprises. From 1998 to 2002, they served as the CEO & Medical Director at Redwood Family Clinic. In 2002, they joined La Clinica de La Raza as the Associate Medical Director Vallejo, transitioning to a part-time Pediatrician role in 2013.

Gregory Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology from Northern Arizona University in 1962. Following that, they obtained their MD degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1967.
