Kevin Joanis

Kevin Joanis has extensive work experience in operations and engineering roles. Kevin most recently served as the Director of Operations at LA-CO Industries, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Stepan Company as an Engineering Manager from February 2021 to November 2021, and as an Operations Manager from April 2018 to February 2021. Before joining Stepan Company, Kevin held various managerial positions at Flint Hills Resources, including Operations Manager, Technical Services Manager, Senior Optimization Engineer, and Process Optimization Engineer. Kevin also worked as a Process Engineer at Precision Coatings Inc., James Hardie Building Products, and Pilkington NA. Kevin has a strong background in process optimization and engineering.

Kevin Joanis attended Nazareth Academy from 1992 to 1996 for their high school education. Then, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Purdue University from 1996 to 2001.
