David Harries

David Harries is an experienced production manager with a robust background in brewing and distillation. Currently serving as Production Manager at La Colombe Coffee Roasters since October 2021, David previously held similar roles at Victory Brewing Company and Artisanal Brewing Ventures. With expertise in managing packaging and maintenance departments, David has effectively executed production schedules while ensuring a clean and safe working environment. Notable achievements include the coordination of brewing facility buildouts, recipe and brand development, and a significant increase in production efficiency at Wigle Whiskey Distillery. David holds bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, as well as advanced brewing technology education from the Siebel Institute of Technology and Heriot-Watt University.
