Damien Beaufils

Damien BEAUFILS is the founder of Urban Project, a company focused on creating innovative and impactful real estate projects since May 2014. In addition to this role, Damien co-founded La Ciergerie in October 2021, a professional co-living space for cultural and community actors, and La Commune in January 2016, a vibrant venue that hosts chefs in residence along with various events. Damien is also a co-animator for the TEM program at emlyon business school and co-founded We-Lab.co in September 2015 to promote a collaborative vision for the future through discussions on various innovations. Damien serves as an administrator for the Institut d'art contemporain de Villeurbanne since January 2020 and previously held the position of treasurer for the nonprofit Chacun cherche son âne (CCSA), which aids farmers in Burkina Faso. Prior professional experience includes a senior asset management role at Invesco Ltd. and a risk analyst position at CIC. Damien holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from TBS Education and has additional education from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and IUT de Tours.
