Caroline Bihel has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles primarily in commercial and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Gérant - Dirigeant Réseau Franchise at La Compagnie des Familles since September 2017, Caroline oversees a network of approximately 30 franchise agencies focused on providing childcare solutions. Previously, Caroline held the position of Gérant at Services Etoiles, a home services company, from 2011 to January 2020, emphasizing trust-building with clients. Caroline’s earlier career included significant roles such as Directrice Développement des Ventes at William Saurin, where responsibilities included commercial strategy and team training, and various managerial positions at Lactalis Nestle, focusing on key account management and marketing initiatives. Caroline obtained a DESCAF degree in Marketing and Sales from éklore-ed School of Management between 1989 and 1992.
