Laura Gregory is a seasoned events professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale events and driving sales growth. Currently serving as the Director of Events for New Waterloo since December 2020, Laura oversees events at multiple standalone properties, including La Condesa, Malverde, Sway, Il Brutto, and Butler Pitch & Putt. Previously, as the Events Manager at La Condesa, Laura successfully executed a high volume of events and increased sales significantly. Prior roles include Director of Special Events at Chez Zee American Bistro and Director of Marketing & Events at Tbk Management Services Inc., where responsibilities included budget management, social media strategy, and event execution. Laura's career began as an Event Planner at Austin Catering, where over 100 weddings and private events were coordinated. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, Pre-law, and Art from the University of Iowa.
